Privacy Policy

When visiting BoojiBEE LLC website, all information shared is kept confidential. BoojiBEE LLC site member's name, email, phone number, forums, blogs, address (from mobile bookings), website/newsletter/BBC membership subscriptions is kept solely for the record of BoojiBEE LLC and it's staff to use for identification, appt. scheduling, conversing/replying, servicing and network building purposes. BoojiBEE LLC does not publicly release, sale, post, share, or trade such vital and sensitive information.

Thank you for exploring BoojiBEE LLC's Shop! Each cute hoodie, t-shirt & accessory in our online store was either designed by Natasha Andrews, owner of BoojiBEE LLC or through a partner affiliation.

Most items/products within the shop are refundable. Please see each item's description for more info. 

All items are shipped using USPS within 5-10 business days. (This includes process time.)

In Salon/ Mobile Salon Service Cancellation Policy!

***To cancel/reschedule your appointment, email: boojiBEE@gmail.com or call/text 513-578-0017, 48 or more hours before your appointment! Deposits paid to book for services are non-refundable. Please arrive on time! If you are 10 minutes or more late, a $10 late fee is added to your total balance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is cancelled, you will have to reschedule and your booking fee is forfeited.
***If you are booking for "Mobile Services",  to cancel your "on-site salon" appointment you must send a request through email to: boojiBEE@gmail.com or call 513-578-0017, 48 hours before your scheduled service. There is a 50% fee ($25.00) for cancelled appts.
{Exp: "You book an appt. for Thursday at 10am. You would need to cancel before Tuesday at 10am.} Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be ignored and the $50 Travel Fee will be forfeited. You would need to pay another Travel Fee if/when you decide to re-book.
NO REFUNDS on BoojiBEE Apparel/Accessory Items. You must send a request to EXCHANGE an APPAREL item ONLY of equal or lesser value through email to: boojiBEE@gmail.com.

***REFUND POLICY***

I do not offer REFUNDS on deposits to book or, ON any of my beauty services such as all nails, makeup & eyelash extensions, apparel and other products we may sell or services I may offer!  

Please understand I aim to satisfy each guest with exceptional service provided by our licensed professionals on every appointment and with every encounter. However, this isn't always the case. I apologize in advance if you couldn't keep your scheduled beauty service, or you did not enjoy your experience at our salon.

Even with 4.7 Star Google Reviews, and the love and positive energy I exude, I'm still human and I may not be everyone's cup of tea. Either way, I appreciate all of you who have, or plan to pour into this indigenous owned business.

BoojiBEE LLC reserves the right to cancel/deny all memberships & subscriptions under special circumstances. BoojiBEE Beauty Club Membership

 subscriptions are on-going until YOU CANCEL! No early cancellation fees or penalties. If at any point you decide you want to cancel, feel free with no strings!
